Characteristics

A basic coated hydrogen controlled iron powder type of electrode containing 0.5% of molybdenum. It has weld metal of radiographic quality and can withstand service temperature up to 525°C.

Applications

Ideal for highly restrained joints, Boilers, Pressure Vessels, pipes and tubes, Compressors, Earth Moving equipments, Highly temperature applications up to 525oC , joining of F1 grade of SA 182/182M , grade T1/T1A/T1B of SA 209/209M etc.,

Characteristics

A basic coated hydrogen controlled electrode and has weld metal of radiographic quality and possesses excellent mechanical properties. It resist to cracking caused by heavy stresses.

Applications

Ideal for crack resistant steel, low alloy steel, pipelines, electric power plant, steam pipes of boilers, synthetic chemical industries, joining F2,F11, F12 grades of SA 182/ 182M, T11,T12 grades of SA 213/ 213 M etc.,

Characteristics

A basic coated hydrogen controlled electrode suitable for welding of similar Cr-Mo steel. It has weld metal of radiographic quality and creep resistance up to 600°C. its deposition efficiency is 106% approximately.

Applications

Suitable for 2.25% Cr. 1% Mo steels, pipelines, power plant, tensile steel castings, boilers, joining of F22 grade of SA 182/ 182 M, T 22 grade of SA 213/213M,P22grade of SA 335/335M, German steels etc.,

A basic coated hydrogen electrode suitable for welding of 0.5% Ni-1% Cr-0.5% Mo steel and heavy section of fine grained high strength steel. It has weld metal of radiographic quality and low temperature service down to 60°C.

Applications

Ideal for high strength steel, fine grained steel, Q & T steel, pressure vessels, penstocks etc.

Applications

Steam turbine, rotors , heavy machine parts, earth moving equipments, high tensile steels, Ni-Cr-Mo based armour steels etc.
