Characteristics

AA rutile basic coated , low carbon 19 cr-10Ni stainless steel electrode with controlled ferrite. This is useful for welding non-established Cr-Ni steels of 18/8 type resistance to atmospheric corrosion. The weld metal is highly resistant to cracking , corrosion and oxidation at high temp up to 800 o C. Weld metal has excellent creep strength and is of radiographic quality.

Applications

Ideal for welding corrosion resistant to Cr-Ni steels of AISI grades 301,302,304,308 used in dairy, food processing and chemical industries etc.

Characteristics

A semi basic type stainless steel electrode giving extra low carbon 19 cr-10 (Mi controlled ferrite weld metal. Weld arc of radiographic quality offers excellent corrosion resistance to various media. Scaling and oxidation is satisfactory and up to 800 o C.

Applications

Ideal for welding corrosion resistant Cr-IMi steels of AISI grades 301,302,304,304L,308,308L used in dairy , food processing units, Pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

A medium-heavy coated rutile type all position stainless steel electrode with excellent welding equipments characteristics. The weld metal gives 25% chromium 20% nickel deposit, excellent resistance to oxidation, scaling up to 1200° C and is of radiographic quality.

Applications

Suitable for welding of AISI 310 grades plates, German steel grades 4762,4828,4846 & 4848, straight chromium steel, dissimilar steels, high temperature furnace parts annealing boxes etc.

A medium-heavy coated rutile type all position stainless steel electrode with excellent welding characteristics. The weld metal gives 30% chromium 10 % nickel deposit, excellent resistance to friction, heat, corrosion and is of radiographic quality.

Applications

Welding and surfacing of tool steel, spring steel, high speed steel, case hardening steel , manganese steel, heavy machine parts and earth moving equipment parts, dissimilar joints between stainless and carbon steels etc.

ADCHROME 13 CR

Characteristics

A medium-heavy coated hydrogen controlled stainless steel electrode giving 13% Chromium. The weld metal is of radiographic quality, resistant to friction, corrosion and oxidation and air hardenable. Use Ofpre-heat and stress relieve is strongly recommended to avoid hardening in the weld zone.

Applications

Ideal for welding and surfacing of 13% chromium Steel, ferrite martens tic stainless steel, turbines, armature, valves arid pumps.
